    All Sales Final:

    Due to the limited and preorder-based nature of Division Ivy products, orders are processed in weekly batches, and all sales are final once an order enters production.

    Division Ivy does not accept general returns or size exchanges.

    Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, colors, and order details carefully before purchasing.

    Before an order enters production, customers may contact Division Ivy to request an order change or cancellation.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Division Ivy or its production or fulfillment process, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

    Your request should include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs showing the issue

    Once verified, Division Ivy will offer either a replacement at no additional cost or a refund. Replacement availability may depend on remaining inventory or production availability.

    Product Variations:

    Some Division Ivy products use garment-dyed fabrics, embroidery, screen printing, and other production techniques that may result in slight variations between individual garments.

    Minor variations in color, wash, texture, print appearance, embroidery placement, or finish are a natural part of these processes and are not necessarily considered defects.

    Customers should follow all care instructions included with the garment or listed on the applicable product page.

    Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

    Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and its payment-processing partners. Division Ivy does not directly store complete payment-card information.

    Information may be used to process and fulfill orders, provide order and shipping updates, communicate regarding customer-service requests, prevent fraudulent transactions or misuse, maintain website functionality and security, satisfy tax or legal obligations, and operate or improve the Division Ivy website.

    Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with service providers involved in operating the store, including Squarespace, payment processors, shipping carriers, production or fulfillment partners, and other vendors providing services on behalf of Division Ivy.

    Division Ivy does not currently sell customers' personal information for monetary consideration.

    These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Division Ivy website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

    Products:

    Division Ivy makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent its products.

    Actual garment colors, washes, textures, embroidery placement, screen printing, sizing appearance, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or between individual products.

    Garment-dyed products in particular may naturally vary in color and finish.

    Preorders:

    Certain Division Ivy products are sold on an ongoing preorder basis.

    Preorder products remain available while listed for sale and may become unavailable at any time.

    Payment is collected when the order is placed.

    Orders are processed in weekly production batches. Once an order enters production, the estimated production and fulfillment period is approximately 3–6 weeks.

    Voluntary changes and cancellations are accepted only before the order enters production.

    If Division Ivy cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, affected customers will be contacted regarding the delay and provided the applicable option to accept the revised timeframe or receive a refund.

    Orders:

    Division Ivy reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, production or inventory errors, misuse of store policies, or circumstances that prevent an order from being fulfilled.

    If Division Ivy cancels a paid order that will not be fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

    Division Ivy may change product availability, descriptions, and prices before an order is placed.

    Pricing & Payment:

    All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

    Payment is collected through Squarespace Payments at checkout.

    Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

    Unless otherwise stated, standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed product price.

    Returns & Exchanges:

    Purchases are subject to the Division Ivy Returns & Exchanges Policy.

    Once an order enters production, purchases are final except for qualifying damaged, defective, incorrect, delayed, unfulfilled, or otherwise legally protected orders.

    Size exchanges are not offered.

    Intellectual Property:

    The Division Ivy name, logos, graphics, garment designs, artwork, photography, written content, music, product concepts, and other original brand materials appearing on the website are owned by or used with permission by Division Ivy.

    These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially used without permission.

    Purchasing a Division Ivy product does not transfer any ownership or licensing rights in Division Ivy intellectual property.

    Website Accuracy:

    Division Ivy makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

    However, occasional typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, technical issues, or other mistakes may occur.

    Division Ivy reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or modify or discontinue products as reasonably necessary.

    Governing Law:

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws provide rights that cannot legally be waived.

    If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact Division Ivy first so that the issue can be addressed directly.
